A. Personal information you provide

- Account credentials: username, password, and account preferences.
- Order & payment information: details required to fulfill your orders (items purchased, payment status). Full credit card or online banking credentials are handled directly by secure payment gateways and are not stored on our servers.
- Customer support: messages or details provided when reaching out via WhatsApp or email.
B. Automatically collected information
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed.
- Cookies & tracking: information collected via cookies and tracking technologies to improve site navigation and store cart items.
2. How we use your information
- Order fulfillment: processing payments, arranging delivery, and providing shipping updates.
- Customer support: assisting with inquiries, product feedback, and order inquiries.

4. Cookies & tracking technologies

Meta Pixel and advertising measurement
Our site carries the Meta Pixel, which reports to Meta Platforms when you view a page, begin a checkout, or complete a purchase. We use this to see which advertisements actually produce orders.
When you place an order, the pixel also uses a Meta feature called advanced matching. This means the following details are sent to Meta so it can recognise a purchase as coming from someone who saw one of our advertisements:
- your email address and phone number;
- your first and last name;
- your city, postcode and country.
These values are converted into an irreversible code (SHA-256 hashing) inside your own browser before they are transmitted. Meta receives the code, not the email address or phone number itself, and uses it only to check whether it matches an existing account.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send Meta anything about what you bought beyond the order value and quantity.
If you would prefer this not to happen, you can:
- adjust what Meta may use for advertising in your Facebook ad preferences;
- block tracking scripts using your browser’s privacy settings or an ad-blocking extension — our checkout works normally without the pixel;
- order through WhatsApp instead, in which case no pixel data is created at all.
5. Data security & retention
We employ standard technical and organizational security measures (SSL encryption) to protect your personal data. Data is retained only as long as necessary for fulfilling transactions or complying with legal and tax obligations.
6. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (such as Malaysia’s PDPA 2010), you have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing communications.
7. Third-party platforms
Our site links to external storefronts (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and social channels. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external platforms.
